At Oconee Gold BBQ Sauces and Rubs, we aim to provide the highest quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund and returns policy offers the following options:

 

1. Returns

 

Eligibility: Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items cannot be returned:

 

Opened or used food products

Gift cards

Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded)

 

3. Refunds

 

Approval Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected.

Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

4. Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at james@oconeegoldbbqsauce.com to arrange the exchange process.

 

5. Return Shipping

 

Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

6. Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
